Price
All prices shown on our website are in Canadian Dollars ($CAD). Sales taxes are to be added upon check out unless otherwise noted. For orders outside of Canada, there may be extra brokerage fees, tariffs or custom fees charged by your home country or carriers, which will be the sole responsibility of you to pay for such expenses incurred.

Our price does not include shipping and handling nor any services that the product may require. If you require assistance on such services or wish to inquire, please contact our store prior to placing your order.

Order Acceptance Policy
Confirmation sent to you does not signify our acceptance of the order nor the confirmation of an offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept or decline your orders at any time after receiving your order.

Payment
Payments may be made through online bank payment, credit card or payment in person at our retail locations. Orders will only be processed based on confirmation of payment.

Shipping
The consumers are responsible for all applicable charges incurred during shipping, including but not limited to; shipping, handling, delivery, taxes and applicable tariffs associated with the purchase.

Limitation of Liability
Maximum liability to your purchase shall be limited to the purchase price of the products you paid. This may include but not limited to any property damage, personal injury, loss of use, interruption of business, loss of profits, or any consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive or special damages. This applies to all causes, whether for breach of warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability. Some of these limitations may not apply in some jurisdictions and those damages limitations not allowed under by exclusion or restriction under law may not apply to you.

Our liability is only limited to the manufacturer’s warranty in regards to defective goods, excluding any labours that you may incur.   

Product Warranty
Customers will need to contact product manufacturer directly for product warranties. We do not provide any over the counter warranty service unless authorized by the product manufacturer or supplier. You are encouraged to contact us regarding how this may impact your shopping experience prior to placing your order. Warranty may be voided if not installed by licensed professional.

Typographical Errors
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order in the event of any typographical error. We further limited our liability based on information provided by our suppliers or due to typographical error.
