Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to request a refund or an exchange, you must do so within 14 days from the time of your order. All return or exchange must be in its original product packaging with instructions menu and accessories. Customers will be responsible for all return or exchange shipping cost. Original shipping cost will not be returned unless the product is deemed to be incorrect from your order.

The following additional policy would apply on all return and exchange as well:

  • 35% restocking fee on tiles and 25% restocking fee on hardwood/laminate/LVT. We may reserve the right to limit amount of return accepted.

  • Marble, granite and all other natural stone products are FINAL SALE.

  • Plumbing products are FINAL SALE once installed. A 15% restocking fee will apply on plumbing products that are in original packages.

  • Clearance products are FINAL SALE.

Warranty Policy
Please inspect your merchandise immediately upon arrival. In the unfortunate event that your product is deemed defective or incorrect, we ask you to contact us immediately (info@camiko.com). Our customer support will try our best to provide assistance.

You must contact product manufacturers directly for pre-approved warrant service on any products. We do not offer over the counter warranty service unless authorized by product manufacturer or supplier Warranty may be voided if not installed by licensed professional.
